As part of the 200th Anniversary Celebration featuring Arts and Culture, the Fort Smith Convention Center will host the Five Civilized Tribes of Oklahoma for an all-day, free admission festival of their culture, life and historical influence on Fort Smith. Activities include a full day of exhibits, demonstrations, speakers and historical cultural awareness and enlightenment from each of the Five Civilized Tribes.Find out more »

JLFS Fostering Fashion is a "Girls' Night" event (guys are welcome and encouraged, too!), supporting local youth who are aging out of foster care. The evening will include a runway fashion show featuring fashion through the ages as we celebrate Fort Smith’s Bicentennial, a silent auction, shopping, a full bar, and hors d’oeuvres. Local and regional retailers will showcase their newest clothing and accessories for Spring. Tickets are $40 and can be purchased online at JLFS.org.Find out more »

It’s time for a musical birthday party! The 2017-2018 season marks the 200th anniversary of the founding of Fort Smith, so we are celebrating in a huge symphonic way with exuberant film scores and world premieres that will blow you away! Fort Smith’s own folk band, The Crumbs, will be our special guests along with the internationally-acclaimed Ben Miller Band.
